Anonymous asked: What was your biggest fear while you were pregnant?

Well, when it was with my first child, I feared whether or not I’d be a good mother. I didnt grow up with the best parenting. Because my mom was a drug using partier, who couldnt handle money to save her life; my father died thanks to a selfish drunk driver when I was 7; and I had abusive grandparents. Turns out I was scared for nothing though, because I did just fine & still am doing great. I learned that I could take what I endured growing up and make sure my kids would never experience those things. I even have a quote on here that says, “There’s no way to be a perfect mom, but a million ways to be a good one.”

With this pregnancy, because I am currently expecting again, I’d have to say money is on the brain a lot. Not so much a fear about it, But I do worry. It’s not like we’re rich, ya know. So we have to watch every penny.

You’ll find out though, that most of your fears go away once you have your baby & realize, “I can do this” …or “I’ll be okay.”
